Biography
Carrie Messina has over 19 years of experience as a celebrity hairstylist and make-up artist. She currently works in the film and television industry. Carrie began her career in a salon setting working with many different personality types. She has always had a passion for enhancing the inner beauty of her clients.
After graduating beauty school, Carrie attended Joe Blasco school for makeup in Orlando, FL. Within the makeup program, she learned the foundations of beauty and special effects makeup. She enjoys creating characters that are essential to bring forth the vision of directors and storytellers.
Carrie has collaborated on film and TV commercial looks for many celebrities, all of which showcase the skill, talent, personality, and attention to detail that she brings to every transformation. She loves to bring comfort and fun to any setting, high stress or relaxed. She has the ability to work well under pressure and creatively problem solve. Carrie has the intuition and experience to recognize and attend to the individual needs of actors.
